Ryman Lofts is located just south of Downtown Nashville on beautiful Rolling Mill Hill, an historic site now being redeveloped into Nashville's newest urban neighborhood. In addition to turn of the century structures converted to residential living, Rolling Mill Hill is also home to modern, affordable buildings utilizing the latest designs and emphasizing sustainability and convenience. Ryman Lofts is a 60-unit building featuring Studio $618, 1-bedroom $658, and 3-bedroom $905 units with breathtaking views of Downtown Nashville and the Cumberland River.
 

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units.
