Built and operated by Compass Housing Alliance (formally Lutheran Alliance To Create Housing), the building has one- and two-bedroom units, a large common room and library, and views of Mt. Rainier, Angle Lake and the Cascades.
Because Angle Lake Court Senior Housing participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
