Low income housing rent is 30% of the household income. Each apartment has a kitchenette, garbage disposal, pantry closet, stove and refrigerator, coat closet, living room, bedroom with walk-in closet, storage closet, bathroom with shower/tub and vanity. There is a cutout for an air conditioner which the resident would have to provide. Community laundry rooms are on each floor of the building, and a community room is also available for residents to use. Water, sewer and trash collection is included in rent, and resident is responsible for electricity. 1 small pet is negotiable and a $300 pet deposit would be required.
Community amenities include off street parking with 2 spacious lots available for residents and guests, beautiful trees, and relaxing sitting areas outside. Lawn maintenance and snow removal are included in rent. We have a maintenance person that takes care of any repairs needed in the apartments as well as upkeep of the property, and there is also an office manager available onsite for any concerns or questions. Complimentary wi-fi network is available to all residents in the building (suitable for casual web surfing, email, and occasional light streaming of Netflix or other platforms).
