The Hagerstown Housing Authority (HHA) AMP 1 waiting list for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-Bedroom apartments at Parkside Homes, Frederick Manor, Douglass Court, and Scattered Sites is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2020, until further notice.

AMP 1 has preferences for: Elderly, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Working/Employed, Disabled. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
