The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda waiting list for Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at 5421 at Dublin Station is closed.

The HACA last accepted applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of April 5, 2022, until April 30, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

•  Live in Dublin (3 points), Immediate Family (1 point), Displaced Resident (1 point), Works in Dublin (3 points), Public Service Employee (1 additional point), Permanently Disabled (1 point), Senior (1 point), Veteran (1 point).

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
