The Hagerstown Housing Authority (HHA) Senior (50+)/Disabled AMP 4 waiting list for Efficiency and 1-Bedroom apartments at Potomac Towers is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2020, until further notice.

AMP 4 has preferences for: Elderly, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Working/Employed, Disabled. Preferences are not required but Senior and Disabled applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
