This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in King County, Washington.
The King County Housing Authority (KCHA) last accepted Senior (60+) Subsidized Housing waiting list applications applications from the earliest confirmed date of September, 2018, until December 15, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
There were two ways to apply while the waiting list was open:
According to the KCHA, "look for the Local Programs option in the "Additional Housing Types" section of the application form."
Once the paper application was completed it was to be mailed or hand delivered to one of the property management offices, or to the King County Housing Authority.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Extremely low income, homeless, substandard housing, displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster, victim of domestic violence, and rent burdened.
It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.

Senior (60+) Subsidized Housing has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Victims of Domestic Violence, Homeless, Displaced by Government Action, Rent Burdened, Extremely Low-Income Households. Preferences are not required but Senior applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.

This housing agency serves King County, Washington. Service does not extend to Renton and Service does not extend to Seattle, Washington.
