This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in King County, Washington.
The King County Housing Authority (KCHA) is accepting Senior (60+) Subsidized Housing waiting list applications applications from the earliest confirmed date of September, 2018, until December 15, 2023.

There are two ways to apply while the waiting list is open:
According to the KCHA, "look for the Local Programs option in the "Additional Housing Types" section of the application form."
Once the paper application has been completed it must be mailed or hand delivered to one of the property management offices listed here, or to the King County Housing Authority, Central Applications Processing Center, 20126 Ballinger Way NE, PMB #151, Shoreline, WA 98155. Hand delivered applications must be delivered before 12:00 pm PT, Monday-Friday.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Extremely low income, homeless, substandard housing, displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster, victim of domestic violence, and rent burdened.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Senior (60+) Subsidized Housing has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Victims of Domestic Violence, Homeless, Displaced by Government Action, Rent Burdened, Extremely Low-Income Households. Preferences are not required but Senior applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.

King County Housing Authority provides affordable housing for up to 12,690 low- and moderate-income households through its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and public housing programs.
This housing agency serves King County, Washington. Service does not extend to Renton and Service does not extend to Seattle, Washington.
