The St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from December 4, 2023 at 8:00 am, until December 8, 2023 at 4:30 pm CT. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since May, 2022.
Wait until you have a Section 8 voucher to find housing.
It usually takes months or years to reach the top of a Section 8 HCV waiting list. Any apartments you see now will likely not be available when you get your voucher.Candice Bishop says:
