How to Apply: To apply, create an account on the Rent Café Portal or download the application from this link. Completed applications can be mailed or delivered in-person to 420 South 8th Street, Louisville, KY 40203, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
The Louisville Metro Housing Authority (LMHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open, since at least March, 2017, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed or hand delivered to the LMHA at 420 South 8th Street, Louisville, KY 40203, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Displaced victims of domestic violence, displaced by government action, rent burden, substandard living conditions, or homeless.
