The Anniston Housing Authority (AHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently closed. The waiting list was previously open and accepted applications from July 2017 until December 2024.

The AHA manages Public Housing communities with units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.

When the waiting list reopens, applications will be available at the AHA office located at 500 Glenaddie Ave., Anniston, AL 36201, during office hours: Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm, and Fridays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT.

The AHA provides preferences for elderly, disabled, and applicants that live and/or work in Anniston.
