About the Community: S.W. Bowker was a vision of Stephen Bowker; who served as Chairman on the Board of Commissioners. He wanted to develop a community to house the elderly and people with disabilities and provide a meeting room for the local community. The result of his dream is a 74-unit, 3-story apartment community nestled in a small corner of North Little Rock surrounded by rolling hills of woods. Our residents enjoy the planned monthly activities and social gatherings at the community. The central location gives convenient access to local shopping centers, bus lines and a free nursing clinic.
