Napa Park homes consists of 140 rental units, 116 of which are designated for persons eligible for Section 8 housing. The balance of the units are for moderate income residents. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments, a laundry room, office and maintenance area and a large playground.
After the purchase from the private owner, NVCH initiated the development of a community room where tenants could hold meetings and classes, and socialize. After several years a modular unit was installed and it has become the center of activities for the complex.

Since this property has a Project-Based Section 8 contract with HUD, some or all of the rents at this community are based on tenant incomes. Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. There is a minimum tenant contribution of $25 for all rents at this property regardless of tenant income.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in a HUD rental assistance program in Napa but actual income limits may differ for units at Napa Park Apartments.
