Aspen Meadows Neighborhood provides residents with the peaceful setting and comfortable lifestyle you’d expect from an apartment community designed for families. This brand new community in Longmont consists of spacious two-, three-, and four-bedroom town homes. Each unit provides tenants with excellent amenities including carpeting, tiled entryways, and various household furnishings.

Because Aspen Meadows Neighborhood participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
