Delta Towers is a new Type I-B mixed-use development in Washington, DC featuring 179 affordable senior living units. The north portion of the new apartment building will be six levels and the south end will be nine levels. Delta Towers will also feature approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space, 48 below-grade parking spaces, and 5,100 square feet of premium communal areas spread throughout the building. This project follows the Green Communities rating system.
