Brentwood Lakes is Jacksonville Housing Authority’s most recent HOPE VI redevelopment and was completed in 2005. It includes a high rise apartment building for seniors consisting of 100, one bedroom units. This community also has one, two and three bedroom units and offers affordable, as well as, public housing apartments. Professional landscaping was included with the recent redevelopment and includes a central mall and adjacent pond. This community is also minutes away from I-95 and downtown.
