Broadway, Montrose and Sheridan Road buses are nearby with scheduled stops in the loop and at the Rapid Transit (elevated) stations. There is site parking available for residents and visitors. Individual thermostatically controlled air conditioning units are installed in each living room. A recreational garden area is also available for residents to relax and take in the fresh air. Sherway has a full-time service coordinator to assist residents with their needs.

Since this property has a Project-Based Section 8 contract with HUD, some or all of the rents at this community are based on tenant incomes.
