Cleland Place is a new construction 16-unit apartment building in Wilmette. All units are restricted to households at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The unit mix includes one- and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a community room, laundry room, elevator, and resident-driven social activities. Cleland Place was developed in partnership with Skender Construction (contractor) and Cordogan Clark & Associates (architect).
