This program was first introduced in 1990, so these younger properties are generally in good condition. Most of these properties include a resident services coordinator that organizes and facilitates services like healthcare management, transportation, and social activities. If you are a low-income person with a disability and need some help maintaining independent living, this property might be right for you.
