Located on the banks of the Clark Fork River in the mouth of Hellgate Canyon, the Silvertip Apartments boast incredible 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains. The Silvertip is a 115-unit community comprised of 58 one-bedroom units and 57 two-bedroom units. Recently constructed in 2012, each unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer and a dishwasher, as well as all other basic appliances. Each unit also comes with a secure storage closet for keeping extra belongings. The property covers the cost of heat, water, sewer, garbage and recycling, which means that tenants are only responsible for the cost of their own electricity. There's easy access to the river trail system and there are two on-site playgrounds for kids. Gas stations and a grocery store are just blocks away, the University of Montana is just across the river, bus routes are nearby and downtown Missoula is within walking distance.
