Phase II of the South End Revitalization Project, resulted in 43 additional housing units. Phase II is a mix of new construction and rehab work on scattered sites. There are nine lease-to-own units, three bedroom single family homes that have been constructed on Catherine, Clinton and Broad Streets and 34 one and two bedroom apartments that have been rehabbed or built along Morton Avenue. Phase II was completed in 2011.

Since this property is owned and managed by a Public Housing Authority, all of the rents at this property are based on tenant incomes. Tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. A housing authority may establish a minimum rent of up to $50.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in a HUD rental assistance program in Albany but actual income limits may differ for units at South End Phase II.
