Apartments

Apartments are located throughout the Rochester area and support services are provided based on each person’s needs. Direct Support Professionals are available from a few hours per week to twenty-four hours a day.

Homes

Lifetime Assistance offers a variety of different homes providing supports necessary for individuals to achieve independence. Highly qualified Direct Support Professionals provide training, guidance, and support at the level necessary to meet each person’s needs.

Perfect Fit

Individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages can share a home with families in the community. Perfect Fit providers receive training and ongoing supports from Lifetime Assistance staff. Whether they move into another person’s home or have someone move into theirs, each person receiving services is provided the supports needed.
