Formerly known as Southeast Towers, these new homes make up a multi-family apartment community that overlooks Martin Luther King Jr. Park on Manhattan Square Drive and is one of the few all-affordable communities in Center City, making it a critical asset for the City of Rochester.

Many of the apartment homes feature spectacular views from the balcony of the City and beyond. In addition, the redevelopment provides many incredible amenities, which include a great room for larger gatherings, a play space and fitness center, new laundry centers, an extensive outdoor courtyard, green space, and more.
Located in Rochester’s Cultural District, Park Square offers all the conveniences of downtown living. This LIHTC property is among the most common types of affordable rental housing in the United States. The LIHTC program only provides subsidies to the building’s owner at construction. The LIHTC program doesn't provide direct subsidies to the residents, but the owner must set rents affordable to low-income renters in the area.
