About The Beechwood Home

The Beechwood Home is an long-term care facility specializing in neurological disorders which include but are not limited to those with a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Huntington's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, ALS and those who have suffered a stroke.

Public Housing

Since this property is owned and managed by a Public Housing Authority, all of the rents at this property are based on tenant incomes. Tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. A housing authority may establish a minimum rent of up to $50.

Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities

Since this property was built or renovated using funding from HUD's current Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities program or legacy Section 202 program, residency is usually restricted to households earning 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less with at least one adult member with a disability.
