Located approximately 10 miles southeast of downtown Columbus, Marsh Brook Place offers on-site management, a community activity room, therapeutic/counseling room, computer center, picnic area, outdoor playground, community kitchen, and laundry facilities for residents. Each home offers a furnished unit with central air conditioning, window blinds, and intercom access.
Because Marsh Brook Place participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
