This waiting list consists of two, three, four and five bedroom apartments located primarily on the west side of Warren. Apartments and homes in this waiting list represent the newest and most efficient apartments in our portfolio. Highland Terrace was completely remodeled in 2000, Lancer Court and Reo Court completed an extensive and complete rehab in 2011. This waiting list offers the most diverse choices for school systems of any public housing waiting list including multiple schools in Warren and Bazetta School Districts for residents of Reo Court. A number of the units at Lancer have basements for extra storage.
Residents at these sites must have the ability to get gas, water and electric in their name to qualify, in addition to passing all other screening criteria. Rent is based on income. Residents may qualify for participation in FSS programs.
