Layton Square is an exciting new mixed-use development located in the heart of downtown Cudahy. The development consists of 57 apartment homes and over 4,000 square feet of street-level commercial space. New residents will be steps away from Cudahy’s developing downtown with a variety of shops, services, restaurants and activities. In addition, the location is close to Lake Michigan and Milwaukee including its vibrant Bay View neighborhood.

No subsidies are provided directly to the residents, but the owner must set rents affordable to low-income renters in the area. Our data suggests Layton Square does not participate in any project-based rent subsidy program. This means you must earn enough to pay the full rent or have your own Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher.
