The Town of Ramapo Housing Authority (TRHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from November 7, 2023 at 9:00 am, until November 16, 2023 at 5:00 pm ET.
The Hamilton Township Housing Authority (HTHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from October 30, 2023 at 12:01 am, until November 3, 2023 at 11:59 pm ET.
The Lake Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from November 14, 2023 at 8:00 am, until November 20, 2023 at 5:00 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since June, 2021.
Prepare to pay a fee to apply for units that accept Section 8 vouchers.
While there is no charge for Section 8 applications, a private landlord may charge a fee to apply for an available unit.Ivette Betancourt says:
