Residences at Creekside offers affordable apartments to adults 62 and over and is conveniently located near Pierce Street and Colfax Avenue. The Creekside Campus features studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with spectacular views of the city and the mountains. Renewable energy systems were incorporated at Creekside to promote environmental responsibility and help reduce monthly utility costs for our residents. Residences at Creekside is composed of two separate apartment buildings: Creekside East and Creekside West. Although each is a separate apartment building, the special amenities of each building are shared by all residents.

Because Residences at Creekside participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
