       Canterbury Heights is a brand new affordable senior centered community in the wonderful city of Pleasant Hill for folks as young as 55. This hidden gem sits on a beautiful parcel of land overlooking a peaceful wildlife area. This community is comfortable and spacious with an abundance of resident amenities. As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted by a warm fireplace and soaring 15’ high ceilings. The large community room offers a custom kitchen with dining area, home theater, and even a pool table. There are plenty of places to sit and chat with your new friends. If you want a quiet place to read a book, grab a seat in the cozy library. There is a raised open air patio with ample seating and grill. If you would like to get out to enjoy some fresh air, take a stroll on the newly constructed Youngstown Trail just a few steps from the building. On those cold Iowa winter days, you can park in the heated underground garage and don’t even need to step outside to get your mail. The large units have a lot to offer too. Every unit features 9’ ceilings with large windows that let the natural light pour in, free basic wired internet, and private in-suite laundry.
