The HABC last accepted applications for this waiting list from December 8, 2021 until December 31, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: According to the HABC, "To qualify, either the head of household, co-head or spouse must be under 62 years of age and disabled, and would qualify for a one-bedroom unit. Applicants must be eligible for the Housing Choice Voucher Program".
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Formerly The West Twenty, The J. Van Story Branch, Sr. Apartments, a 357-unit, 20-story building in the lower Charles Village area, opened for occupants in 1973. It occupies the former site of the North Avenue Market and is the tallest structure in the community. There is a game room, a lounge, two exterior patios, and a laundry room.
