Designed with convenience in mind, the one bedroom, one bath apartments feature a living room/dining room combo and kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and ample cabinet space. There is an on-site laundry facility and a community room where activities are planned for the residents. Professional on-site management and maintenance are available during regular business hours with a 24-hour on call maintenance staff to handle any emergencies.
Since this property was built using funding through HUD's Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, residency is restricted to persons who earn 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less. Like other rental assistance programs like Section 8, resident's rents are based on their income and the tenant contribution is set at 30% of the tenants income.
