Kenmore Apartments are conveniently located behind the Warren Plaza on Elm Road in Warren. The development consists of 24 two bedroom apartments. Living room and bedrooms are carpeted. Appliances are furnished. Rent is based on income. Tenants living in this development must have the ability to get electric service in their name as well as pass other criteria established by Warren Housing Development Corporation.Children living in the development attend Howland Schools. The Plaza has a grocery store, bank, restaurants as well as many other amenities within walking distance of the apartment. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Since this property has a Project-Based Section 8 contract with HUD, some or all of the rents at this community are based on tenant incomes. Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. There is a minimum tenant contribution of $25 for all rents at this property regardless of tenant income.
