The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) is accepting Family Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at Westlawn Gardens, Scattered Sites and Town Homes at Carver Park Apartments from December 15, 2021 at 9:00 am CT, until further notice.

Townhomes at Carver Park offers spacious two, three, four, and five bedroom townhomes. Each townhome has its own separate entrance and basement and includes a living room with a dining area and has 1 ½ to 2 full baths depending on the unit size. These beautiful units also include a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, washer and dryer hookups, individual heating and air conditioning, window treatments, free off-street parking and free Wi-Fi. They also offer some units that are handicap accessible, which have a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor and lower cabinets for easy access for those in wheelchairs.
Townhomes at Carver Park is conveniently located minutes from downtown, near a hospital and several clinics, public and technical schools, restaurants, parks, and is on a bus line and also near freeway access to I43 and I94.
Most of the townhomes are income based; some have subsidized rent amounts and others have fixed rent amounts. There is also a limited amount of three bedroom units that have no income limits for those who may exceed the maximum requirement.
