The Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk (HACN) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from May 24, 2021 at 9:00 am, until May 27, 2021 at 5:00 pm ET.
The New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from May 17, 2021 at 9:00 am, until May 28, 2021 at 11:59 pm ET.
Section 8 vouchers can be moved to another area.
Once certain conditions are met, a Section 8 voucher may be transferred to another area (known as "porting").Cathey Hickle says:
