This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Carmelitos Family - located at 1000 Via Wanda, Long Beach, CA 90805
• Harbor Hills Family - located at 26607 South Western Ave., Lomita, CA 90717.
• South Scattered Family Sites - located at Comprised of 51 buildings throughout the South Los Angeles area.
• East County Family Sites - located at Multiple locations in the East Los Angeles area and City of Whittier.
• Quartz Hill Family Apartments - located at 5028 West Ave. L-12 and 42051 51st St., West, Quartz Hill, CA 93536.

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• Victims of declared disasters
• Displaced due to government action
• Referrals from law enforcement agencies
• Homeless
• Families who live and/or work in Los Angeles County, California

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
